The Thumbnail image will appear in the following areas:

By default, the thumbnail image will use the Hero Image if uploaded. If no Hero Image is uploaded the TryBooking logo will display. If you want to want a different image, or an image that matches the thumbnail dimensions, can upload a specific Thumbnail image.
On the Event Listing Page and Event Listing Widget, along side the thumbnail image, a 150 character description is also displayed. This is take from the event description that was entered during Create Event.
To upload a Thumbnail image or edit the description:
From the Dashboard, under Manage Overview Events, click on your event name
From the side menu, under Basic Information, click on Homepage & images
Click on the Images tab
Next to the Thumbnail image, click Upload Image, and choose an image form you device
Below the Thumbnail image, you can edit the Thumbnail description
Click Save
