Help boost visibility and ticket sales for your other events by promoting them to customers who are already engaging with your events with the Display More Events carousal.
When enabled, the event carousel is displayed during checkout, allowing customers to add tickets to your other events before completing their purchase.
It is also shown on the transaction confirmation page, giving customers another opportunity to discover and book your upcoming events after completing their purchase.
What events will display
For events to display they need to be:
Hosted on your account
Set to Public
Open for booking
It will not display events that are:
Hosted on other accounts
Set to Private
The booking end date and time has taken place
The booking start date and time hasn't taken place
Cancelled
How to enable
To enable the display more events carousel at checkout:
From the Dashboard, Select Events, then Global event settings
Under the heading Customise checkout page details, click the toggle to enable Display more events for bookings
Click Save
