This article covers:
URL options for your event
There are a number of URL options that provide the customer with direct access to your event, giving you more control in how you present your event to your customers.
URL Options
URL | Description |
The Booking URL |
Will take the user to the homepage of your event. Whilst the alpha version is displayed on your Event Dashboard, you will also have the option of using the numeric version. This URL is emailed to the Account Holder when the event is created. The short length of this URL makes it the most versatile, even making it suitable for print advertising material. |
White Label URL |
Removes the TryBooking header and logo from your event. Takes the user to the homepage of the event. Suitable for embedding or hyperlinking. |
Session URLs |
Takes the users directly to a particular session within the event, bypassing the need for them to choose a session. Can be used to provide access to Sessions that have a Hidden Status. |
Section URLs |
Takes the users directly to a particular Section within the event, bypassing the need to select a session or section. The customer will be taken directly to ticket selection. Can be used to provide access to Sections that have a Hidden Status. |
