Quick response codes (QR codes) for your event links will allow your customers to access and book to your events instantly with just a scan from their mobile device.
Ideal for expanding your reach on print promotional material, or even providing an option for securing tickets at entry to the event.
QR codes for the event URL
Each event created will have its own unique QR code. These codes are specific to each event, they are not interchangeable between events.
When scanned the customer will be taken to the event's homepage. Should the event be open for booking, the customer will be able to book and secure tickets directly from their mobile device.
Once you have completed creating the event the you will be presented with the option to download of the QR code for your use.
To access the QR code for the event once created:
From your Dashboard, click on your event name under the Manage Event Overview
On the side menu, select Booking URL Information under Event Promotion
Under the heading QR code, click Download QR Code
A png image file of the QR code will be downloaded to your computer's Downloads folder for your use.
QR codes for the Event Listing page
If you are after a QR code that takes your customers to all the Current events on your account, you will be able to do so through the use of the Event Listing Page.

QR code download will not be available for download until the Event Listing Page is set up and saved down.
How to scan QR codes
Depending on your mobile device, you might already have a built-in QR Code reader or scanner.
To scan the QR Code:
Open the camera app on your mobile phone
Hold and focus it over a QR code for a few seconds until a notification pops up
If this doesn’t happen, check your settings and see if QR Code scanning is enabled
Click on the notification pop-up to be directed to the event homepage or event listing for booking
Still not working? Don’t worry, all you have to do now is install third-party QR code readers from your app store. The process for scanning QR Codes can be dependent on mobile type. Whilst newer models can scan QR codes with their camera, some or older models may require a specific QR code app.
