The Reports Dashboard is getting a new look to make selecting the right report for your needs that more easy!
Whilst the look is different all your favorite reports are still available for use.
This article will walk through these new changes to help familarise yourself with the layout before it is implemented.
New Horizontal Menu
We're introducing horizontal menu that has the reports categorised. These are:
Commonly use reports
We have a number of reports to choose from, and this can sometimes feel a little overwhelming when choosing which one to use for your needs. We have complied our most commonly used reports to help narrow down the selection choice.
Adding reports to your My Favourites tab allows you to access reports that you use on a regular basis without having to search for it.
The My Faviourites tab is save to the user level, rather then shared across users on an account. This allows you to have a list that is unique to your user needs without having to
To add a report to My Favourites:
- From the left menu, click Reports
- Navigate to the report you wish to access
- Use the Add to favourites toggle or tick box to enable
With 'add to faviourites' enabled on the report, it will be automatically be visible under My Favourites:
These are event specific reports. Containing reports that allow you to access financial breakdowns per event, audits on tickets being refunded or moved, Attendee Details and wait lists.
These reports will show the breakdown of funds going in and out of your account along with GST activity.
Reports that provide you with details on were you customers are coming from, bookings by sales periods along with any discount promotional campaigns.
These reports are specific to our Fundraising Pages.
Contains reports relating to scanning via the mobile scanning app, Gift Certificates purchased and use, as well as Log in activity on the account.
