To improve performance and for even better entry management, we've made big changes to our Scanning App, based on user feedback.

Better handling of large ticket and scan volume, allowing for:

The new dashboard allows you to track sales, revenue and scan volume.

Interactive graphs for both Scans and Sales data
Click throughs to see data broken down by Session and Ticket Type
Enhanced booking search
Booking search is faster and easier - you're now able to search by:
Booked By First Name, Last Name
Attendee First Name, Last Name (using our pre-built custom form fields)
Email
Phone
Ticket Number
You'll also be able to see more information relating to the ticket in the list, making it easier to select the correct ticket for Check-In.
More rule options
NEW Current Day rule
Comes pre-built for all events!
This rule allows you to accept tickets for Session Times that fall on the day of scanning. Perfect for events with multiple sessions, enabling you to validate tickets for the day's session only. This saves you having to create a new rule for each day.
Time-based rules
Our new time-based rules allow you to scan tickets for a set time before and after the Session Time Start Date and Time. This rule type is perfect for:
Events that have more than 1 Session Time per day, and you want to accept tickets for the current session only.
Should you a rule that works like our new Current Day (prebuilt rule), but also want to define Sections and/or Ticket Types that are accepted.
Custom rules
Allows for the same rule functionality as previous versions of the app (ie. define what Session Time, Section, Door, and/or Ticket Type are accepted on entry), but now with clearer selection and overview to assist with knowing what will be accepted at a glance.
Any rules you've set up on previous versions of the app will not pull across to this new version. They will need to be recreated on the new version.
Check-In Booking
Check-In all tickets within a booking in just one click!
This feature can be access via the Scan screen (clicking on the scan message tile) or via the Bookings search.
New recent scans screen
View the most recent scans on your event, including whether or not they were successfully Check-In or Check-Out, along with invalid scan messages for easier troubleshooting on the day.
Review recent scans across devices or opt to filter by scans taken on your own device.
Bulk check-out tickets by Event or Ticket Type
You now have the option to Check-Out tickets en masse by Event or for specific Ticket Types only. This allows for better handling of events with multi-day passes, allowing for re-scan of the same ticket on the subsequent days.
