Positioned directly beneath the event’s hero image on the Homepage, this section highlights key event details, enabling guests to quickly and easily find important information at a glance.
This section clearly outlines the event’s start and end times, including the relevant timezone, along with the venue name and full address. It also provides convenient access to directions via Google Maps, making it easy for guests to plan their journey.
For some events, the date or location may not be relevant, or you may prefer to share the venue address only after a booking has been completed.
In these cases, you can choose to hide the event date and/or location from your event homepage.
To remove the Date and/or Location fields from the Homepage:
From the Dashboard, under the Manage Events Overview, click on the event name
From the left side menu, select Basic Information, then Homepage & Images
Click on the Edit Homepage Information tab
Next to Date, location and calendar display, disable the option that you do not want to display
Click Save
