Sub-questions allow you to collect additional information from customers based on their answers to previous questions in your Custom Form.
By displaying follow-up questions only when relevant, you can create a more personalised booking experience, keep your form concise and ensure you're collecting the information you need.
For example, you may ask attendees whether they're members of your organisation. If they select Yes, a sub-question will appear asking them to provide their membership number. Customers who select No can continue without seeing this additional question.
Answer Types that allow for Sub-questions
The following Answer Types can have Sub-questions attached:
Answer Type | Description |
Yes/No | A drop-down field where the ticket buyer can indicate the response of Yes or No |
Dropdown | Allows you to create a drop-down field with your own unique values for the ticket buyer to select from |
