Should your event have multiple sections, you may wish to provide your customers with a view of the floor plan or venue layout during booking. This can aid the customer in selecting the right section for their needs.
The following options will allow you to upload an image that can be view during booking. If your intention was to provide your customer with an interactive seating plan, please see Creating Seating Plans
Both options will only display the image should your event have multiple Active Sections. If your event only has the 1 Active Section, the customer will bypass the Sections selection and proceed straight to Ticket selection.
Floor plan as a header
The benefit of this option is that the image automatically displays along with the list of sections during booking.
To upload the floor plan as a header:
From the left menu, click Dashboard
In the Manage events overview, select your event
From the left menu, go to Sections, under Allocation
Click on your first section listed
Click on the Header tab
Click
on the toolbar to bring up the image inserter
In the Upload tab, click choose file
Select the desired image file from your computer, click Open
Click Add image to your page
Adjust the image properties if need be, click OK

Floor plan pop-up box
This option provides the customer with a View Venue button above the sections listed for selection. When clicked, a pop-up box will display with the image presented.
To add the view venue button:
From the left menu, click Dashboard
In the Manage events overview, select your event
From the left menu, go to Sections, under Allocation
Under the heading Manage sections, click the link Upload
Click Choose file and select the image of your venue plan
Click Upload
