Should your event have multiple sections, you may wish to provide your customers with an image of the floor plan or venue layout during booking. This can aid the customer in selecting the right section for their needs.
If you're wanting to provide your customer with an interactive seating plan that allows them to select a seat, see: Creating Seating Plans.
If your event only has one Active Section, the customer will bypass the Sections selection and proceed straight to Ticket selection.
To upload an image for your floorplan:
From the Dashboard, under the Manage events overview, click on your event name
From the left menu, go to Sections, under Allocation
Under the heading Manage sections, click the link Upload
Click Choose file and select the image of your venue plan
Click Upload
