When a patron needs to change their booking to another date, table or section, it's easy to do this via Move A Booking.
To move a booking:
- From your Dashboard click on Move a Booking to first locate their original booking.
- Select your event.
- Enter the booking person's last name and click search. There is no need to enter all fields on this screen. You can refine your search by adding their first name.
- Once you have found the correct booking, select the box Move and click next.
- Here you can select which tickets are to be moved, select the session or section and select seats (if applicable).
- Determine if you wish to have these new tickets emailed through by selecting the email option.
- Click Finish to complete the process.
You can only move bookings within the same event for the same ticket type. If you need to change their ticket type or move them to a new event, you may wish to refund them or use a hidden ticket or promotional code to issue a new ticket.
