User Settings allow you to update your login and contact details.

Changing your email login
To update the email address you use to log in with:
- Log in to your account using the current email address and password
- Click on your user name in the top right corner
- Select User Settings from the drop-down menu
- Next to Update your email address, in the field New Email enter the new email address you wish to be your user name/login. This must be an already active email address
- In the Password field, enter the current password you use to log in to your account
- Click Save
- An activation email will be sent to the new email address entered. You will need to click on the Change User Name button within this email for the change to be complete
- You will be direct to an activation page. Click Activate
With your new user name activated, you will be able to click Log In using the new email address
Haven't received the activation email? Do check your junk or spam folders.
Still not able to locate? Not to worry, you will be able to resend the activation email using the Resend link in the User Settings screen:
Consider marking no-reply@trybooking.net as a safe sender in your email client if still having difficulties receiving.
Change your password
To change the password you use to log in with:
- Log in to your account using the current email address and password
- Click on your user name in the top right corner
- Select User Settings from the drop-down menu
- Next to the heading Update your Password, in the Current Password field enter in the current password you use to log in to your account
- In the New Password field, enter the new password you want to use to log into your account
- Click Save
- You will then be logged out of your account and redirected to the log in screen. Here you will need to enter your email address and your new password to access the account once more
Can't remember what your password is? Use the "Forgot your password" link on the Log In screen to have a new password sent to your email address. See Resetting Your Password for more information
Updating your contact name and number
The contact details connected to your user name are used for internal purposes only. They are not seen by buyers, rather they are used by TryBooking to make contact with you directly in relation to your account and events. The contact details you enter when creating the event are what buyers use for queries relating to their booking or questions about the event.
If your user name is connected to a generic email address that this shared amongst your organisation, we recommend entering the contact details of the primary account user.
To update your username contact details:
- Log in to your account using the current email address and password
- Click on your user name in the top right corner
- Select User Settings from the drop-down menu
- Click on the Contact tab
- Update the relevant information
- Click Save
