What happens to Regular Donations when a donor’s credit card is declined
When a donor misses a regular donation payment because their credit card is declined, this will cancel their Regular Donations and any future payments will not be deducted from this card.
Should the donor wish to reinstate their Regular Donation, they will need to go through the Fundraising page once more and submit a new donation.
Changing fees and Regular Donations
TryBooking offers the ability to change who pays the donation fee. By default, this fee is paid by you, but you can also choose to pass this onto the donor.
To learn how to change who pays the fees, click here.
For Regular Donations, the fee is always paid by the person nominated to pay the fee under your Account Setting at the time of initial payment. This will not change for subsequent payments, even if you have adjusted your fee settings.
