If you have opted to make a Regular Donation to a TryBooking Fundraising page, you can choose to have it cancelled at any point in time.
Each confirmation email that is sent on completion of payment will contain a cancel option.
To cancel your Regular Donation:
Locate your confirmation email, either from your initial or subsequent payments
Scroll down to the heading Regular Donation Information
Click Cancel
You will be redirected to a page that will ask you to confirm the cancellation
Click Cancel Regular Donation to confirm your cancellation
You will receive an email to confirm that your Regular Donation has been cancelled.
Not able to locate your confirmation email?
Not to worry, you will be able to make contact with the Fundraiser directly to have your Regular Donation cancelled.
A Contact button is located at the bottom of Fundraising page you made your initial donation through, allowing you get in contact with the organisation managing the Fundraising page directly.
