TryBooking EFTPOS terminals are required in order to accept card payments on the Box Office Web feature. Whilst you can use your own computer/tablet and printer for Box Office transactions, you also have the option of hiring.
Currently, the hire of Box Office equipment is only available to AU regions.
If you are after a box office solution that does not require the hire for our EFTPOS terminals, or you are based in either the UK or NZ, we would recommend our Box Office App.
The Box Office App is free to download and uses your device's NFC reader to process contactless card payments.

For your order to be shipped out to you, freight charges apply. You are also welcome to collect directly from our office located in South Yarra VIC. Order must be placed and confirmed ready for collection prior to pick up.
Standard freight is $27.00 for orders that contain EFTPOS terminals only*. Should your order contain EFTPOS terminals and Tablets and/or printers, the cost will be dependent or the order weight and send location.

Non-Return Penalty
Should items not be returned within the period of the retail agreement, you will be subject to a penalty fee per item not returned. These fees will also apply should there be damage to the items that impair their functionality.

How to place your hire order
