To improve performance and ease for refunding multiple bookings, we have made an update to our Refunds screen located under Bookings and Refunds on the Dashboard menu.

What's New?
New Search Filters
We have updated and added new filters to make it easier to locate a specific booking, as well as generating results for all bookings to the one event.
These fields are:

Event: You will now have the option to search for by the Event Name without the need to specify the Session Time. In fact, you will now have the option to select multiple events to search across. Want to search across all events? No problem, leave this filter empty.

Session: Should you wish to search by a specific Session Time on event, we've still got you covered! The new Session field will allow you to select 1 or more sessions to conduct your search on.

Customer: Allows you to search by the Booked By name (either full name, first name or last name), customer email or phone number.

Booking ID or Ticket Number: Search by either the whole or start of the Booking IDs and Ticket IDs.

Booking Date Range: Search for All Bookings or choose a particular particular date range to focus on bookings made within those dates.
Enhanced Visibility of Refund and Void Options
The results table has undergone a UI update to provide enhanced visibility on what is available within a booking that for refunding and voiding. This includes a summary of what have already been refunded and/or voided
Edit What Tickets are Being Refunded and Voided
You now edit the what tickets are to be refund and/or voided directly from the search results screen:
The functionality to provide partial refunds, voiding with no refunds, can still be achieved via updating the fields presented in this screen:
Dynamitic Refund Summary
After edits have been made and bookings selected, at the bottom of the screen you will now find a summary of what has been selected for refunding and voiding. This summary will automatically update as bookings are selected and edited
Confirm Before Processing
To give you the conference that the correct bookings, correct amount and void status has been selected, you will be presented with a popup after clicking Refund that will provide a more detailed summary. This gives you the option to Cancel and make edits to your selection choice or proceed with processing.
