Whilst the look and controls on this report are completely different, it will still provide you with the same data as the Export Data Report, and downloads the data to a csv. file, but with some improved functionality to save you time along the way.

Report on multiple events
The Custom Report will give you the option to report on multiple events of your choice. This includes the custom fields set up via Custom Forms (previously Data Collection).
Search option to locate the field/s required
No longer do you need to scroll through lists for the field/s you wish to report on. You can now use the search field under Available Columns to enter the field in question. Once located simply click the plus icon to add it to the report.
However, you will still have the option to scroll through the available fields should you wish to.
Save the Report Down
If you run this report multiple times throughout your sales period, clicking Save and Download, will save the report in portal. This means the next time you wish to run this report, you wont need to re-create the report each time. Rather, you will simply go to Custom Report and click Download next to the report you wish run.
