Session Times: New and improved functionality

Adding in your event dates has never been easier! With a new look and improved functionality, you will now have the option of:

  • Creating an event with a single session time

  • Creating an event with multiple session times

  • Creating an event with recurring session times; daily, weekly, monthly and timeslots

  • Customising your view of the event's session times in portal

Benefits for you and your customers

Faster event creation

With the option to add multiple session times all in one go, your event will be set up in a matter of minutes! No need for repetitive data entry to assist in adding the same times across multiple days.

Less customisation required after event creation

No longer are you restricted to adding just the one session time during Create New Event. By having all your session times added during creation, once complete all that is left for you to do is preview your setup before going live.

Greater flexibility and use

Have you considered using Daily, Weekly, Monthly and multiple Timeslots to manage programs you may not currently be managing on TryBooking? Appointment bookings, daily admission tickets, cast and crew auditions, parent-teacher interviews can be set up in a flash!

Greater transparency for your customers

By setting a session finish date and time your customers will know when the event concludes. These dates and times will be visible during booking, pull through to the customer's confirmation email and ticket, and populate the correct duration when they opt to add the event to their calendar.
