By default, a count of how many tickets are still available will display when 20 or less tickets remain of a session, section or ticket type.
This helps ticket buyers make informed decisions based on the number of tickets they wish to purchase and can encourage them to complete their booking promptly while tickets remain available.
For smaller events, however, you may choose to hide the availability count to avoid creating the impression that ticket sales are lower than expected.
To hide the availability count:
From the Dashboard, under Manage events overview, click the name of your event
From the left menu, click Event publication, under Event promotion
On Publication tab, deactivate Show Ticket Count
Click Save
