Customers will be able to select the session they wish to book using the calendar display on the Homepage. Making the date selection process streamlined for the customer.

When is the Calendar Display enabled
If your event has 2 or more Session Times in place, by default, the Calendar Display will be enabled on your event. Should you wish to have your event's Session Times display in a list, please see: How to disable the Calendar Display
This will only effect new events created prior to 9 Feb 2022. Events created using the Clone Event feature will have the option to enable the Calendar Display during the clone steps.
To enable the Calendar Display on events that may have had it disabled:
- From the left menu, click Dashboard
- From the Manage events overview, click on your event name
- From the left menu, click on Homepage & Images under Basic Information
- Click the Edit Calendar Display tab
- Select Display calendar on the homepage
- Click Save
If the Calendar display is still not showing once enabled as per above, it may be that [CALENDAR] tag is missing from the Homepage. See Tags for more information.
How to Edit the Calendar Display
You will have the option to change the main colours on the calendar display.
To do so:
- From the left menu, click Dashboard
- From the Manage events overview, click on your event name
- From the left menu, click on Homepage & Images under Basic Information
- Click the Edit Calendar Display tab
- Ensure that you have Display calendar on the homepage selected
- Change the colours of each element by either:
- Clicking on the colour square and picking a colour
- Entering the hex code of the colour into the text box
- Click Save
If after selecting custom colours you decide that you would like to revert back to the default colours, you will be able to do so by clicking on Restore Default Colours.
How to disable the Calendar Display
You may have an event where it's not appropriate for your Session Times to display in a calendar. For example, if you have opted to relabel your Session Times on your session times. Or you may simply prefer the overall aesthetic of your session times being display in a list format.
To disable the calendar display so your Session Times display in a list:
- From the left menu, click Dashboard
- From the Manage events overview, click on your event name
- From the left menu, click on Homepage & Images under Basic Information
- Click the Edit Calendar Display tab
- Unselect the Display calendar on the homepage field
- Click Save
