Turn on booking notifications to get emails alerting you to new registrations.
- From the left menu, click Dashboard
- Under Manage events overview, click your event
- From the left menu, click Booking notification, under Emails (communication)
- Tick the box Enable notification
- Enter in the email address that you want notifications to be sent to
- Click Save
The email notification will have basic information about the booking. For complete information about your event and bookings, use Reports
It is recommended that you use the Test button to have a test email sent to the address entered. This will provide an example of what data is sent through, and ensure that the email address entered is receiving the emails successfully.
