Unlike an event, gift certificates don't have a booking end date and time. Enabling the gift certificate booking notification can be a great way to alert you to new gift certificate purchases.
To enable gift certificate booking notifications:
From the left menu, click Dashboard
From the left menu, click Gift certificates then click Gift certificate notification
Tick the box Enable notification
Enter in the email address that you want the notifications to be sent to
Click Save
Use the Test button to have a test email sent to the address entered. This will provide an example of what data is sent through, and ensure that the email address entered is receiving the emails successfully.
