Account Settings

View and update your TryBooking account information via Account Settings.

Account Settings include:

• Account name: The name your patrons will recognise you by. This could be your company, school, club or personal name
• Credit card display name: Appears on the cardholders bank statement when they make a paid purchased
• ABN (AU), IRD (NZ), or VAT Registered Business Number (UK): Will pull through to receipt issued to the purchaser
• GST (Australia), GST/IRD (New Zealand) or VAT (UK) number: Fill in your details and click enable to include your country's taxes in your ticket prices
• Account status: Click Request to close your account to change your account status from active to closed

To access account settings:

1. Click Dashboard from the side menu
2. From your Dashboard, click Account Settings on the side menu
