You may have accessed funds from your TryBooking account and find that you have insufficient funds to complete refunds.
It is important that all refunds are issued directly from your TryBooking account to ensure that there is a complete audit trail for both yourself and the cardholder.
To have funds applied back to your TryBooking account, you have a couple of options:
Top up your TryBooking account with $100 or less
Should the value that you need to apply to your TryBooking account be $100 or less, consider purchasing a ticket to your event.
This will apply funds to your TryBooking account immediately, allowing you to action any refunds without delay. This is the fastest and easiest method for applying funds to your account.
If this is not an option for you, you will be able to make an EFT transfer. Please see the below.
Top up your TryBooking account with $100 or more
You will be able to transfer funds via EFT to TryBooking to have them applied to your TryBooking account.
To do so, please contact the Client Success Team for the region your account is on. They will be able to advise the bank details that are required, and along with the process to ensure the funds are applied to your TryBooking account.

**IMPORTANT: Once you've completed the EFT payment, make contact with the Client Success Team to confirm the value of your transfer, the reference you had entered and the email address linked to your TryBooking account. This will ensure that we apply the transfer to your TryBooking account. We will not apply the funds to your account without receiving this correspondence.
