Connect Multiple Bank Accounts & Cancel Pending Transfers

Updated over a month ago

You can now connect multiple bank accounts to your TryBooking account, making it easier to manage funds across organisation departments.

If you host events for multiple organisations, or you require event data to be separate across departments, using separate TryBooking accounts is recommend. You will be able to access multiple accounts from the one username, see: Accessing multiple accounts from a single username

Connecting Multiple Bank Accounts

Use the Add Bank Account button to add another bank account:

Transferring Funds

Accounts added will be listed in the table on the Bank account screen. Once verified, you will have the option to transfer funds to them.

When submitting a funds transfer request, when multiple bank accounts are connected, you will have the option to select which account you wish to transfer using the dropdown menu:

Pending Fund Transfers Request

The dollar total of all pending funds transfer requests on the account will show under Pending Transfers:

If you click on Show pending fund transfers requests, at the bottom left of the screen, all pending transfers will be itemised:

Cancelling Pending Fund Transfer Requests

Should the Transfer Request still be listed as Pending in your TryBooking account, you will have the option to cancel it, returning the fund back to your TryBooking account.

Next to the pending transfer, click Cancel under the Action column:
