Updated over 3 weeks ago

Give guests an incentive to book together while keeping your reporting accurate with group tickets and discounts.

Group tickets

A group ticket is a ticket that represents more than 1 attendee or item. They generally allow you to provide a discount for a set group of attendees or items. Group tickets ensure the event's capacity or seating allocation is updated correctly when 1 group ticket is selected.

Some common examples of group tickets are:

  • Family Tickets

  • Whole table tickets

  • 2 for the price of 1

  • Raffle ticket bundles

To set up a group ticket:

  1. From the left menu, click Dashboard

  2. In the Manage events overview, select your event

  3. From the left menu, go to Pricing Group (ticket prices), under Ticketing

  4. Click into the pricing group listed

  5. Under Ticket price, click Add ticket type

  6. Enter data in the following fields:

    • Ticket Type: Name of the group ticket

    • Description: What the ticket is valid for

    • Group Ticket: Select

    • Good For: enter the number of tickets this grouping will accommodate

    • Amount: The price for the group as a whole
