Gift Certificate reports updated

Updated this week

To make it easier to select the right report for your needs we have consolidated our Gift Certificate reports into 4 reports. These have also undergone an UI update to give them a refresh and present the data in an improved format.

You will still be able to report on the same data as the previous version of the reports, using the additional filters.
