To provide an extra layer of security on your account, we have made updates to our previous 2nd Factor Authentication (2FA), by now providing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
MFA is a security method that requires users to provide two or more forms of verification before accessing an account. Typically, it combines something you know (like a password) with something you have (like a smartphone or security token).
MFA keeps logins secure by adding extra layers of protection, in the event you email and or password has been compromised.

What's New?
SMS Backup Verification
MFA users will now be required to verify a mobile number for backup SMS verification. This is helpful in the event you are having difficulties with your Authenticator App, change devices etc.
To use the SMS back up, once you have successfully enter you email and password, under the Verify Button, you will see the option to Log In with one-time SMS code instead.
β
This will send a SMS text message to the verified phone number with a 6 digit code, allowing you to verify without the need for the authenticator app.
Make MFA mandatory for all Team Members
In Account Settings you will have the option make MFA mandatory all Team Members, or just those with the roles of Finance and Power Users.
For existing Team Members, when enabled they will be promoted set up on their next log in. They will have a 20 day grace period to action the set up.
For new Team Members, they will be forced to set up at the time of activating their login.
