Cancel a Funds Transfer Request

Should the Transfer Request still be listed as Pending in your TryBooking account, you will have the option to cancel it, returning the fund back to your TryBooking account.

If the Transfer Request has already been approved by TryBooking, it cannot be cancelled. This is true even if the funds are not showing in your nominated bank account.

To cancel a pending transfer request:

  1. From your Dashboard, on the side menu, select Banking then Request Fund Transfer

  2. Select Show pending Fund transfer requests

  3. Next to the transfer you wish to cancel, click Cancel

  4. A confirmation popup will display asking you to confirm the action. Click Cancel Request

The selected transfer will no longer be listed in the pending transfer table, and the totals at the top of the screen will update to reflect the cancelation.
