If the event organiser has chosen to enable a tax invoice, the receipt provided will be converted to a Tax Invoice stipulating GST. The invoice is accessible via the confirmation email provided on booking.
If you have not received a tax invoice after completing a booking and you require one, please contact the event organiser and request a detailed tax invoice. You will find a Contact Event Organiser button in your booking confirmation email allowing you to make contact with them directly.
A tax invoice for the fees charged by TryBooking is automatically provided on all transactions. It is attached to the receipt issued.
