Account Settings

View and update your TryBooking account information via Account Settings.

Account Settings include:

• Account name: The name your patrons will recognise you by. This could be your company, school, club or personal name
• Credit card display name: Appears on the cardholders bank statement when they make a paid purchased
• Time Zone: The default time zone selected for your event
• Fee Structure: Choose whether you wish to absorb fees or pass fees on directly to the buyer
• Account status: Click Request to close your account to change your account status from active to closed

To access account settings:

1. Click Dashboard from the side menu
2. From your Dashboard, click Account Settings on the side menu
