Quicksale gives you the option to make the contact details at checkout non-mandatory for any bookings that you process on behalf of the customer as the Event Organiser. This can make the booking process significantly faster should you not require this data from your customers.
You will also have the option of charging an additional fee to your customers for bookings you process on their behalf. This can help cover your admin costs for taking phone bookings and printing tickets.

Quicksale Fee
Should you be offering to take bookings on behalf of your customer you have the option to charge an additional fee at checkout. Not only can this help cover the admin costs involved for processing these bookings, it can also make booking online themselves a more attractive prospect.
The Quicksale fee is applied to the transaction in conjunction with the standard TryBooking fees. It does not override or replace the TryBooking standard fees.

With the Quicksale Fee enabled, should you process a booking via Make a Booking or your direct URL whilst logged into your account, at the checkout you will now see a new item in the Shopping Cart relating to the Quicksale Fee.
If you had opted to allow staff to override the fee, then it will display in a field that can be edited. Once you have made your change and clicked out of the field, the total will update to reflect the new total.
The Quicksale Fee will still be applied to tickets that have a zero value. They will not be discounted by any Promotion codes applied. Should you anticipate that you will need to process complementary tickets on behalf of your attendees, we would recommend that you opt to allow staff to override this fee.
