How can I rectify the data TryBooking has about me?
To have your data rectified, please contact the Event Organiser and they will be able to edit your booking.
How can I withdraw consent for the processing of my data?
Please go to the Withdraw Consent page and enter your email address. Once we have verified your request, we will obfuscate your data. Please note if you withdraw consent before the event has taken place, we will not be able to reissue your tickets. If you then choose to purchase tickets again in the future using TryBooking, you will be required to give consent for the processing of your personal data and we will create a new customer record for you.

When will my personal data be deleted off TryBooking’s system?
We retain customer data for a maximum of 4 years after the last booking you make.
I wish to delete my account with TryBooking.
From within your account, under account details you can close your TryBooking account.
I want TryBooking to delete my personal data
Please go to the Delete My Data page and enter your email address. Once we have verified your request, we will obfuscate your data. In order to comply with credit card industry standards, we are required to retain your data for 12 months after your last financial transaction for fraud purposes. After this 12 month period has elapsed, we will erase your data.
Please note if you request your data to be deleted before the event has taken place, we will not be able to reissue your tickets and it may affect the ability of an event organiser to permit you entry to the event.
As a Customer, you understand that even if TryBooking deletes or obfuscates your personal data upon request (or pursuant to this policy), your personal data may still be available in the database of the Event Organiser if the Event Organiser exported your data from TryBooking prior to this action being taken. Pursuant to our Privacy Policy, Event Organisers are not bound to treat your information in accordance with TryBooking’s policies. As part of the customer terms and conditions, you agreed that we are not responsible for the Event Organiser’s actions. It is therefore advised that Customers seek this clarification from the Event Organiser directly, and instruct them to remove the personal data from their database. This interaction is beyond the scope of TryBooking’s legal obligations and rests between the Customer and the Event Organiser (as the Data Controller).
