Can I use TryBooking to run private events?

Absolutely! You can make your event private and turn off all social media sharing via the Event Publication. It is at your discretion to share your unique booking URL publicly or privately.

Publication settings

To edit your event's publication settings:

1. From the left menu, click Dashboard
2. Under Manage events overview, click the name of your event
3. From the left menu, click Event publication, under Event promotion
4. In the Publication tab, update the settings to suit your privacy preferences
5. Click Save

Private events will not be displayed in the TryBooking tickets search. They can still be booked as normal if a guest uses the booking link.
