Manage Events Overview

Getting data on your events is now easier than ever with the Manage Event Overview. It splits your events into three categories; Current Events, Past Events and Archived Events, allowing for easy access to the Manage Event dashboard.

Customising the data displayed

The data displayed under Manage Events Overview allows you to track how your event is selling without the need for generating a report.

To customise the information that is displayed:

  1. From the left menu, click Dashboard

  2. Under Manage events overview, click on the menu icon

  3. Select the data that you wish to display, or deselect items you wish to remove

  4. Click Save

These settings are static to the login that made the changes. Should you have multiple Team Members on your account and you wish to restrict their view, these changes will need to be made on their login.

Available data definitions

You can choose to display data from the following options:

Data

Description

First Session

The first Session Time entered on your event. Will display alternative label if set

Availability

Total capacity of event. Takes into account all sessions and sections

Bookings

Total number of transactions made on event

Tickets Sold

Total number of tickets sold

Ticket Sales

The gross total raised

Discounts

Total amount discounted through the use of promotion codes

Misc

Total of box office fees and Donations taken

Proc. Fee

Total in processing fees deducted from revenue

Ticket Fees

Total in booking fees deducted from revenue

Total

The net total raised


Accessing the Manage Event menu

The manage event menu allows you to make edits to your event or enable additional features.

To access the manage Event menu:

  1. From the left menu, click Dashboard

  2. Under Manage events overview, click the name of your event

The left menu has now updated with additional options for managing and editing your event.
