On completion of booking, you are sent a confirmation email that has your tickets and receipt attached as a PDF.
If you're not able to locate your confirmation email, you can have it resent using our resend tickets feature.
To resend your tickets:
- Go to our Resend Tickets feature: https://www.trybooking.com/resend-tickets
- With Resend Tickets selected, enter in the email address used at the time of booking (if paid using PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, it will be the email you have linked to these payment types.)
- Click Resend Tickets
- An email will be sent to the same email address, that contains tickets for future events that have been made under that email address within the last 12 months
