TryBooking allows you to add your own credit card display name, which will appear on your customer bank statement. This is set at the account level, so all events from your account will use this name for transactions.
By default, the credit card description will be your TryBooking account name. It's easy to check or edit the name being used and to set a new one.
To edit the credit card descriptor:
From the Dashboard, click Account Settings on the side menu
Edit the text in the field Credit card display name to your preferred credit card description
Click Save
Your descriptor can be a maximum of 21 characters long. All future purchases will show buyers a credit card description of "TryBook: Your credit card display name".
