New User Role: Bookings Manager

To make managing your events and team members even easier, we have introduce a new User Role called Bookings Manager.

What permissions does the Bookings Manager Role have?

Banking: Can set up and edit bank account details, add and edit business and tax details, and request fund transfers

Team members: Can invite, edit and remove team members

NO

Reports: Can access all reports

YES

Customer service: Can look up, resend and move online bookings, gift certificates and donations

YES

Amend bookings: Can refund and edit online bookings, gift certificates and donations

YES

Gift Certificate: Can create and edit gift certificates

YES

Fundraising: Can create and edit fundraising pages. Eligible ABN businesses only

AU Only

Integration Tools: Can set up and manage integrations

NO

Box Office Admin: Can refund Box Office tickets and setup Box Office printers

YES

Box Office Point of Sale: Can sell tickets on the TryBooking Box Office, look up and resend bookings

YES

Marketing Tools: Can access and edit widgets and event listings

YES

Scanning app: Can use the scanning app to scan ticket holders into events

YES

Who would use this role?

This role helps to protect account settings such as integrations and banking, but allows for comprehensive management of bookings.

  • Resend tickets

  • Move bookings

  • Provide refunds

  • Edit bookings

Bookings managers also have the capability to:

  • Create and manage events

  • Create and manage Fundraising Pages (AU Only)

  • Run reports

  • Access to the Box Office and Scanning App for assisting on event day
