Update your information to keep your details relevant and accurate.

Contact details
The account contact details are used by TryBooking should we need to get in contact with the account holder regarding their account or events. They are not accessible to your customers nor will they be provided to your customers. The contact details entered in the Contact Event Organiser area is used for any customer queries.
It's important to keep these details up to date as users change within your organisation. This ensures that issues can be resolved quickly.
To update the contact details on the account:
- In the right top corner of the screen, click My Account
- Select Contact details from the drop-down menu
- Update your details
- Click Save
Account details
Your account details include:
- Account name: the name your patrons will recognise you by. This could be your company, school, club or personal name
- Credit card display name: appear on the credit card statements of ticket buyers when they make a paid booking
- ABN (Australia accounts): Australian business number
- GST (Australia), GST/IRD (New Zealand) or VAT (UK) number: fill in your details and click enable to include your country's taxes in your ticket prices
- Account status: click Request to close your account to change your account status from active to closed
To update these details:
- In the right top corner of the screen, click My Account
- Select Account details from the drop-down menu
- Update your details
- Click Save
Change Email Login
In the login and email settings you can:
- Update the email address you use to log in
- Change your password
- Connect or disable third-party logins (Google and Facebook)
- Set up second-factor authentication
Update the email address you use to log in
To change the admin login on the account:
- In the right top corner of the screen, click My Account
- Select Change email login from the drop-down menu
- In the New Email Address field, enter in the email address you would like to change the login to
- In the Confirm Email Address field enter the new address once more making sure it matches to the field above
- Click Save
- The new email address will receive an activation email. Follow the prompts in this email to activate the new email address. The change will not take effect until the new email address has been activated
If you are getting the message that the email address is already in use, it means that it the new email address is already linked to another TryBooking account and can not be used.
Change your password
- In the right top corner of the screen, click My Account
- Select Change email login from the drop-down menu
- Under the heading Change Password, click the text here
- Enter the current password for your account
- Enter the new password *must contain at least 8 characters
- Enter the new password once more in the Confirm Password field
- Click Save
Connect or disable third-party logins (Google and Facebook)
To connect a third party login on an existing account:
- In the right top corner of the screen, click My Account
- Select Change email login from the drop-down menu
- Select either Login with Google or Login with Facebook
- Follow the prompts in the pop-up
- Click Save
To disable a third party login:
- In the right top corner of the screen, click My Account
- Select Change email login from the drop-down menu
- Under the heading Email Address, update the address fields if need be
- Under the heading Change Password, set a password to your account
- Move to the third party login that you wish to disable, and click Disable
- Click Save
If you created your account using a Third Party Login, you will not be able to disable the third party login until an email address and password has been applied to your account.
Second-factor authentication
To set up second-factor authentication:
- In the right top corner of the screen, click My Account
- Select Change email login from the drop-down menu
- Scroll down to Second-factor authentication. Click Setup
- Enter your account password. A pop with a QR code and key (text below QR code) will appear
- On your mobile phone, open your authenticator app and add a new account
- Scan the barcode from TryBooking or manually enter the key
- In TryBooking, click Next
- Enter the six-digit code from your authenticator into TryBooking
- Click Verify
