You can now manage your customer bookings all from the one convenient search. Look up a customers' bookings and have the option to View, Resend Confirmation emails, Edit, Move, Refund/Void tickets all from the one screen.
What's Changed?
New Search Filters
We've updated and add new filters to make it easier to locate a specific booking in question.
None of these fields are mandatory for conducting a search, allowing you have conduct as wide or narrow of a search desired for your intended action.
These fields are:

Event: You will now have the option to search for by the Event Name without the need to specify the Session Time. In fact, you will now have the option to select multiple events to search across. Want to search across all events? No problem, leave this filter empty.

Session: Should you wish to search by a specific Session Time on event, we've still got you covered! The new Session field will allow you to select 1 or more sessions to conduct your search on.

Customer: Allows you to search by the Booked By name (either full name, first name or last name), customer email or phone number.

Booking ID or Ticket Number: Search by either the whole or start of the Booking IDs and Ticket IDs.

Booking Date Range: Search for All Bookings or choose a particular particular date range to focus on bookings made within those dates.
New Actions
Clicking the 3 dots next to the booking will allow you to conduct further actions on the booking.

Resending Booking Confirmation: Will allow you to resend to the Booking Confirmation to the email address entered on booking. Need to resend it to an alternative email address? Simply edit the email address that is pre-populated in the field by directly clicking into it.

Edit Booking: Allows you to update any of the data entered by the customer during booking. This includes data entered at the Checkout and via Custom Forms.

Move Tickets: Allows you to move a booking within an event. Move the booking to another session time, section or seat.

Refund Booking: Allows you to perform refunds, partial refunds and void tickets

Download Receipt: Download a copy of the customer's receipt
